This Privacy Notice explains what Hustled records, what reaches us, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

Hustled is operated by Re-solve.co, a sole proprietorship owned by Altaf Nadaf, based in India (“Hustled”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The short version: what Hustled tracks stays on your computer. Our servers hold your email address, an account identifier, and whether your subscription is paid up. There is no tracked time on our servers because there is nowhere for it to go.

1. What stays on your machine

Everything Hustled observes is written to a database on your own computer and is never uploaded: application names, window titles, website domains, when you were active, your projects, your time entries and your rates — and, if you connect a calendar, the titles and times of your meetings.

We cannot read any of it. If your computer is offline, Hustled carries on recording exactly as normal. If you uninstall Hustled, that data stays on your machine until you delete it.

2. What Hustled never records, anywhere

Keystrokes or the content of what you type; a picture of your screen; your clipboard; your camera or microphone; the contents of files; and network traffic.

One setting reads text from your screen, and it is off unless you turn it on. Some apps call every window by their own name, so Hustled can only record that you were in that app. If you turn on Screen text in Settings › Privacy, Hustled reads the heading at the top of such a window — a chat’s or a page’s title — on your computer, using Windows’ own text recognition, and keeps that one line as the window’s title. The picture is discarded straight away and is never stored or sent. Password managers, private messengers and sign-in windows are never read, and a line containing an email address, a phone number, a long number or an amount of money is dropped. Turn it off and nothing more is read.

Web addresses are reduced to the domain — example.com, never the page, the query or the fragment — before they are written down at all. This is a product position rather than a temporary limitation.

3. What we collect

When you create an account and subscribe, we hold:

  • your email address;
  • a randomly generated account identifier;
  • the date your subscription is paid up to, and its status; and
  • identifiers from our payment provider, so that a payment can be matched to your account.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us. We also hold whatever you send us if you contact us for support.

4. How we use it, and on what basis

We use your email address to sign you in and to contact you about your subscription, and we keep a subscription date so that the app knows whether it may record. Both are necessary to perform our contract with you. Where we contact you about a security or legal matter, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Services safely.

We do not profile you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

5. Who else is involved

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment and holds your billing details, and is a data controller in its own right for that information.
  • Resend — sends your sign-in emails, and processes your address in order to deliver them.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and our account service, and provides privacy-preserving visitor statistics that set no cookies and do not identify individuals.
  • Google or Microsoft — only if you connect a calendar. Your computer talks to them directly, nothing about it passes through our servers, and they do not act for us. See section 7.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

6. If you connect another product

Hustled can send your time entries to Rizqo, and only if you connect it. Entries go when you press Sync, or by themselves if you turn on automatic syncing, which is off unless you do.

What is sent is each time entry and its description. Hustled writes the description from what you were working on — an email’s subject, a page’s title, a meeting’s title, or a heading Screen text read — and you can change it before it goes. A website is only ever named by its domain. Application usage, idle detection, the pages you visited and anything else describing how your day was spent are never sent, on any button.

7. If you connect a calendar

You can connect a Google or Microsoft calendar so that Hustled can offer your meetings as time entries. It is optional, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.

What Hustled reads. The title, start time and end time of the events on your calendar, and the email address of the account you connect so that Settings can show which one it is. It does not read who was invited, descriptions, locations, meeting links or attachments, and it never creates, changes or deletes anything in your calendar.

Where it goes. Your computer asks your calendar provider directly, and what it reads is stored only in the database on your computer, with the rest of what Hustled records. None of it reaches our servers. The sign-in your provider issues is kept in your operating system’s credential store, never in that database.

When. On connecting, Hustled reads the last fourteen days and tomorrow. After that it reads yesterday, today and tomorrow every fifteen minutes while you are at your computer.

How it is used. Only to show you your meetings, so that you can file them as time, and to recognise a quiet stretch during a meeting as that meeting. When you file one, its title becomes that time entry’s description, and goes wherever the entry goes — to Rizqo, for example, if you have connected it (section 6).

Disconnecting deletes the stored sign-in and every event read from that calendar. Time entries you filed from a meeting stay, as your own records. You can also remove Hustled’s access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.

Hustled’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is never used for advertising, never sold, never used to train any AI model, and never read by anyone at Hustled.

8. Cookies and tracking

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The desktop application is not a browser and sets none at all. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals differently because we do not track across sites in the first place.

9. How long we keep it

Account details are kept for as long as you have an account, and then for up to 12 months so that a returning customer keeps their history. Sign-in links expire after fifteen minutes. Payment records are kept by our payment provider for as long as tax law requires.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. The most effective one is structural: we do not collect your tracked time, so it cannot be exposed by any incident on our side. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you remain responsible for the security of your own devices and mailbox.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Deleting your account does not delete your time entries, because they are on your machine and not ours. They remain yours, and you can export them at any time.

Email privacy@hustled.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

12. International users

Hustled is operated from India, and the information we hold may be processed in India or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

13. Children

Hustled is a tool for work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the Services or to legal requirements. When we do, we update the Last updated date above, and if the change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders.
