Refund Policy

When Hustled subscription fees can be refunded, how to ask, and how refunds are processed.

Hustled is sold as a subscription at $12 a month or $108 a year. There is no free trial, so there is a money-back period instead: you get to decide after paying rather than before.

This policy sets out when we refund without question, how to ask, and how refunds are processed. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something about a charge looks wrong, email us and we will look at it.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Hustled subscriptions purchased through our website or our payment provider. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.

Hustled is operated by Re-solve.co, a sole proprietorship owned by Altaf Nadaf, based in India (“Hustled”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Thirty days, no reasons needed

If Hustled is not for you, tell us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.

This applies to your first payment and to a renewal. It exists because Hustled has no free trial: you cannot evaluate it properly without paying, so the evaluation happens afterwards and you should not be out of pocket for it.

After a refund, Hustled keeps working until 30 days after the payment that was refunded, and the subscription is cancelled so you are not charged again.

3. Renewals and cancelling

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed at nine times the monthly price, so three months are effectively free; that discount is applied at purchase rather than accrued across the year.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period expires.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If a renewal has already been taken and you meant to cancel, cancel first and then email us — the 30 days above covers it.

4. When we refund without question

You do not need to argue any of these:

  • duplicate charges, or a single charge taken more than once;
  • billing errors on our side, including a charge at the wrong amount, on the wrong plan, or after a valid cancellation;
  • charges you did not authorise, once verified;
  • a prolonged failure attributable to us that leaves the plan you paid for substantially unusable and that we cannot resolve in reasonable time.

Where a charge was simply a mistake, we would rather correct it than debate it.

5. After 30 days

Beyond the money-back period, subscription fees for a billing period already begun are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after you stop using Hustled and periods during which you were subscribed but did not use it.

We still look at requests individually. We are a small business and would rather resolve a problem than keep money from an unhappy customer, so if something happened — you stopped freelancing, the tool stopped fitting — write to us and explain. Granting one refund does not commit us to granting another in different circumstances.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period for digital services, such as the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything above. Where a mandatory law requires a refund in circumstances this policy does not cover, that law prevails.

7. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, the transaction is legally between you and Paddle, and the refund is issued through Paddle rather than directly by us. Paddle's own buyer terms may also give you rights, and you can raise a refund request with Paddle directly.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or person. Where tax was charged, the refund includes the tax element handled by the payment provider.

8. How to ask

Email hello@hustled.app with the subject Refund request, from the address on the account where you can, and include the approximate date and amount of the charge and what went wrong. An invoice number or payment reference makes it faster.

Please do not send full card numbers. We do not need them and cannot use them.

9. Timeframes

We aim to respond within three business days and to reach a decision within five. Once a refund is approved and submitted, the payment provider usually returns funds within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. We will tell you when a refund has been submitted so you know what to look for on your statement.

10. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. It is almost always faster. A chargeback opens a formal dispute with the payment provider that can take weeks and may suspend the affected account while it runs. We will always try to resolve a billing complaint directly first.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to notify customers.
