Terms of Service
The terms governing your access to and use of the Hustled application, website and related services.
- Effective date
- 23 September 2026
- Last updated
- 28 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hustled desktop application, the hustled.app website, and related services (together, the “Services”).
Hustled is operated by Re-solve.co, a sole proprietorship owned by Altaf Nadaf, based in India (“Hustled”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing Hustled, creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity as well as to you.
1. What Hustled is
Hustled is a desktop time-tracking application for Windows. It observes which applications and windows you use on the computer it is installed on, turns that into time entries you can review and correct, and lets you export them or send them to a connected tool.
What Hustled records is stored on your computer. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it. What does reach us is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
We may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical we will avoid materially reducing the core functionality of a paid Service during an active subscription period; this does not restrict security, technical, legal or performance changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are intended for business and professional use, and are not intended for children.
3. Your account
An account is an email address. There is no password: you enter your address, we email you a link, and opening that link signs the machine in.
Keep access to your mailbox secure. Anybody who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to secure our systems, and you must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is compromised, misused, or presents a security or legal risk.
4. Your data
You own what Hustled records. Because it is held on your own machine rather than on our servers, we do not host it, process it or take any licence over it, and we cannot retrieve it for you if you lose it.
You are responsible for your own backups. Hustled writes to a database file on your computer, and that file is subject to the same risks as anything else on it.
You are responsible for deciding what it is appropriate to record, and for complying with any laws that apply to you when you do.
5. Monitoring other people
Do not use Hustled to monitor another person without their knowledge and consent. Hustled records the machine it is installed on. Installing it on somebody else's computer to observe them may be unlawful where you or they are, and employment and privacy law in many jurisdictions places obligations on anyone doing so. That responsibility is yours, not ours.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Hustled is offered at $12 per month or $108 per year. Annual plans are billed at nine times the monthly price, so three months are effectively free, and that discount is applied at purchase rather than accrued across the year.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. We may change prices for future billing periods and will give reasonable advance notice of a material change where legally required.
If a payment fails, Hustled keeps working for a grace period of approximately 35 days while the payment is retried, so a card problem does not stop you working the next day. After that, tracking stops until the subscription is renewed. Time already recorded remains on your machine and remains exportable.
7. Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as reseller and merchant of record.
Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, the transaction is legally between you and Paddle, and Paddle's own buyer terms govern parts of it including taxes, receipts, refunds and payment processing. You authorise Paddle to charge the payment method associated with your subscription. We never receive or store your card details.
8. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage in the app, which opens Paddle's customer portal, or through Paddle directly.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period expires. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Your licence to use Hustled
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Hustled on computers you control, for your own work or your organisation's, for as long as your subscription is active.
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them except where applicable law expressly permits; or circumvent their licensing, security or access controls.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe or misappropriate another person's rights;
- monitor a person without their knowledge and consent;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- distribute malicious code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, or to probe or test our systems without authorisation; or
- use the Services in a way that creates an unreasonable security, operational, legal or reputational risk for us or our users.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access.
11. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties including our payment provider, our email provider and our hosting provider, and can optionally connect to other products at your request.
Nothing is sent to a connected product unless you ask for it: by pressing Sync, or by turning on automatic syncing, which is off unless you do. A calendar you connect is only ever read, for your meetings, and nothing is written to it. Where you connect a product, you authorise the app to exchange with it the information needed for that integration. Third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, including the Hustled name, logo, software, interface designs and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Re-solve.co and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without compensation or attribution.
13. Availability
Hustled keeps tracking whether or not our servers are reachable. The parts that do require us — signing in, subscribing, and checking a subscription — may be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure or third-party failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Termination by you
You may stop using the Services at any time, and may uninstall Hustled at any time. Uninstalling does not delete the data it has recorded on your machine; that remains yours.
15. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, payment remains overdue, your use creates a security or legal risk, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or we are required to by law. Where reasonably practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a material breach first.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current subscription period.
16. Effect of termination
On termination your right to use the Services ends and tracking stops. What was already recorded stays on your computer and can still be exported. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including those covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS. HUSTLED AND RE-SOLVE.CO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT EVERY PERIOD OF WORK WILL BE CAPTURED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
18. Time records are yours to check
Hustled helps you record time; it does not guarantee that every hour is captured. Automatic tracking can miss work, misattribute it, or record time you would not bill. Review a timesheet before you invoice from it.
The Services do not constitute legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice, and outputs should be verified by you before being relied upon for business or financial decisions.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUSTLED, RE-SOLVE.CO AND ALTAF NADAF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, MIS-BILLED WORK OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100.
These limits apply regardless of the legal theory of liability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hustled, Re-solve.co, Altaf Nadaf and their service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, or your violation of another person's rights — including any claim arising from using Hustled to monitor a person without their consent.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction in India.
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute in writing. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief.
If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction give you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected, and consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where the law allows.
22. International use
Hustled is operated from India and may be used from other countries. If you use it from outside India you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms represents that Hustled is incorporated, registered or domiciled in any other country.
You may not use the Services in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
23. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental action, pandemics, telecommunications or internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, or failures of third-party providers. This does not excuse payment obligations already accrued.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include posting the revised Terms here or emailing the address on your account. The revised Terms take effect on the stated effective date, and continuing to use the Services after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel.
25. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets provided your contractual rights are not materially reduced. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Services.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically about your account, subscription, security and legal notices, and that this satisfies any requirement for writing. Keep your account email address current.
