For Windows

An automatic time tracker for Windows.

Hustled starts with Windows, notices what you work on, and turns your day into time entries you can bill. No timer to start. No timer to forget.

It starts when Windows starts

Hustled starts with Windows and records on its own, so there is nothing to switch on and nothing to forget. It sits in your tray while you get on with the job. If you would rather, you can turn automatic tracking off in Settings and start and stop a timer yourself.

What it records on your PC

The name of the app in front of you, the title of its window, the name of the website if it is a browser, and when you were active. That is the whole list. It never records what you type, your screen, your clipboard, your files or your camera.

From activity to a finished timesheet

You do not want a list of four hundred tiny switches. Hustled tidies the day into real blocks, matches each block to the right client or project and fills in the entry. You look it over, fix anything it got wrong, and you are done for the week.

Idle time is set aside, never padded into the job you had open. When you are ready to bill, export a CSV timesheet that any invoicing app or spreadsheet can read, or a month grid with a row per client.

Your day stays on your computer

Everything Hustled writes down is kept on your own machine and never uploaded, and it works offline. Our servers know your email, and that is all. More on what Hustled never records.

Installing on Windows

  • Needs Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  • The installer is 4.5 MB and takes a few seconds.
  • It installs into your own user folder, so it never asks for an administrator password.
  • Windows will show a warning the first time, because the installer is not code signed yet. The download page explains why and how to check the file.

Price

One plan with everything included: $12 a month, or $108 a year. A full refund inside 30 days if it is not for you, no reasons needed.
